Heritage Hotels - Terms & Conditions

One card per stay upon check-out between 1 April – 1 October 2010 except two cards for stays during Fri-Sun nights.
The prize pool includes HP Netbooks, Sony Bravia home theatre systems, Flip video recorders, digital photoframes and Heritage Experience packages (major prizes), bottles of wine, room upgrades, car parking, 2 drinks in the hotel bar and 20% food discount in hotel restaurant (minor prizes).
Vouchers with major prizes should be presented and surrendered together with the original serialised card to Reception staff at any hotel. Allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. All major prizes must be claimed by 31 October 2010.
Vouchers with minor prizes should be presented and surrendered to Reception staff at any hotel on your next stay. Minor prizes cannot be redeemed during the stay in which the card is received. All minor prizes must be claimed by 30 December 2010.
Room upgrades are subject to availability at time of check-in. Free parking is per stay up to a maximum of 3 nights. Free drinks in hotel bar are house wine or beer. Dining discount of 20% is on food only (ie. excluding drinks).
Minor prizes that are not applicable in certain properties (for example, free parking in non-CBD properties) should be retained to redeem when next staying at an applicable property.
Only one voucher may be redeemed on each stay.

Collect 12 stamps between 1 April – 1 October 2010 to receive a choice of either a Flip video recorder or a Heritage Romance weekend at either Heritage Auckland or Heritage Christchurch (the first stamp is already printed on the card).
Heritage Romance weekends include 1 night in a Suite, a bottle of Lindauer, a bottle of aromatherapy massage oil, breakfast and late check-out; excludes transport. Heritage Romance weekends must be redeemed before 31 January 2011.
One stamp per stay except two stamps for stays during Fri - Sun nights.
A complimentary upgrade to the next available room type is received on the third stay. The upgrade must be requested at the time of booking and is subject to availability.
A free bottle of house wine is received on the sixth stay.
Flip video recorders and Heritage Romance weekend vouchers will be given out on check-out after completing 12 stays (or couriered to you if the hotel has run out of stock).
Cards cannot be transferred to another person.
